I definitely like Lupin better, he is the good guy and dealing with being another species some of the time. He was the anchor that kept James and Sirius grounded when their Egos got the better of them when they were young.

I much prefer Professor Lupin as a Defense of the Dark Arts instructor. Far more compassionate.

Lupin, absolutely. He's a great father figure for Harry because he is troubled himself by his own "destiny." I don't see why Harry doesn't think of him more fondly than Sirius. Lupin helped protect Harry and taught him beyond what was his duty to teach and he wasn't under any obligation to do so. I completely see why Tonks fell for him. He's a good guy and a nice man.

Professor Lupin is the type of teacher that adds fun to a lesson and makes learning fun. Snape is your serious teachers that hates certain students and makes it know to the rest of the other students why he hates those students that he hates. Snape is not a person who would make lesson's fun; and he takes his job way to seriously.

snapes has really greasy hair. ew. lupin is a werewolf so he gets WILD in the night. I think you get my drift. Plus Lupin is a very nice cool kinda guy, and he doesn't have a "crooked nose" like snape. :)

I like Lupin as the DADA professor because he does a great job teaching it and making it fun. I have to admit that Snape, though I hate his teaching techniques, it very good at potions.

lupin is cute! i like him very much..he is quite tortured creature..has faced a lot and he is always a kind guy..i am glad he found love! snape is another story...he is mean but in a twisted way and i like it...i still cant believe he is evil though..i just hope he eventually comes out as the good guy who obeys voldemort's orders under the curse or something like that..if he is indeed evil...then i like lupin more!! lol

i like lupin. because even thought snape has a 99% chance of turning out to be good, he just seems too evil. and he hates harry and ron...which doesn't really help because i absolutely love ron. (and harry...)

lupin..he was the best teacher @ the school. i really liked how in the *book* he was really caring and patient and encouraging towards all the students, esp harry
***in the movie, i felt the professor was a wee bit too "friendly" w/ harry, if u know what i mean. kinda creepy if u ask me

Professor Lupin....... of course! IT's a no-brainer for me!
But then I "kinda" like Snape in a feel-sorry-for-him sort of way...... because of his abusive childhood and everything...
and besides......... nymphadora tonks loves Lupin....... and look at my name here!!
