The United Nations aren't united either should they change their name?

Are some states ceceeding from the union again? I didnt know what. EVERYONE hasn't agreed on anything since this nation was founded. What makes you think today is any different?

Grow up and quit posing stupid questions like this one.

If we all agreed 100% of the time wouldn't life be really boring because we would all be exactly the same and want to do exactly the same thing. We are a nation of people that are very opinionated and allow most opinions to be voiced as long as it does not put people in danger and that is the way it should be! That moron that posted about blacks and cockroaches is allowed to have his repulsive opinion and I'm allowed to have the opinion that he is a MORON and that makes us a great nation. We are not just zombies following one way of life and thinking.

Even families disagree, some really feud, but they are still related rather they like it all the time or not. Same thing with us. We are the Land Of The Free...we are free to disagree . Every time anyone is squelched by a majority, some of that freedom is lost!

Thanks be, we are not a nation of robots, no matter who would prefer it be so as long as they held the remote.

Because we are united by several things, like being enclosed by bodies of water, the constitution, the laws of our land and last but not least, we are one nation under God.

There will always be rebels and nay-Sayer's, malcontents, and dissidents, but over all, we are united.

We don't need unity by consent.

We live in a republic. The majority makes the decisions. Minority opinions don't count.

Anyone who doesn't like that should leave.
