There are two options. The county clerk (check the phone book) has recent records of deed holders for the property. The other option is your local historical society. To find them, do a search on-line like, "(county-name historical society" or "city-name historical society." Be prepared to pay for copies.

try the City Clerks office in your community they have a records dept that keeps track of thise issues.
