o and just 2 say, hilary is like a copycat! she copies everything the oslen twins do, like her own fashion line, and makeup and accesories...on the other hand lindsay is donating money to relief funds rite now so i think lindsay is better

I'd definetly have to say Lindsay Lohan. Hilary Duff is basically a show-off. Lindsay Lohan does better in acting. Hilary Duff might have londer hair, but this is not a topic: Who is hotter? Just saying.
