Yes they can, kiddo. I know of several couples who've been together for 15+ years and are going strong.

It is possible for a gay man to stay monogamous. However, they are few and far between. The reason being is because men (irrespective of their sexuality) are biologically promiscuous, and can enjoy sexual relations outside of relationships.

Women, on the other hand, tend to prefer sexual activity within a relationship. Okay, there are exceptions to this rule, and we are living in the 21st century, but most women still tend to follow this rule.

In a world of gay males, the woman has been removed from the equation, and hence there are less boundaries on sexual activity inside and outside relationships - as men (like women) tend to understand each other. There are some gay males who are monogamous, but this depends on individual needs.

So, yes, it is possible for gay males to be monogamous - however, they are much harder to find.

Why couldn't they,,, ? Every relationship has its moments... and just because they are gay doesn't make them promiscuous.... I know many couples that are monogamous.... Everything else is a myth of hanging out at bars...gay bars are usally for single men.. not your adverage couple. How many straight couples hang out at singles bars? See you don't really get to hear all the exciting things about couples that are settled down, married, monogamous... because usally they are not in the scene do to drama...

That's a silly question. Just because the boy ramming you will slap it to any slab of meat that holds still long enough doesn't mean that all men are like that.

Honestly. Where do people come up with these ideas. Coke-A-Cola is an effective spermicide, did you know that? Cause I didn't.

Yeah, just fine. I'm definitely a -huge- horndog, and I'm getting along perfectly well with my one boyfriend (even though he's now moved away to New York, so I'm not getting any).
