I was mad at someone I get along with so well, and she is older than me 28..and im 21..we work together, and next day I didnt talk to her. I didnt know what to say, cuz I was frustrated. Yeah I was acting immature for being mad. I gotta grow up, but tomorrow Imma apologize for how I've been acting. Never let small things get in between a great relationship?..Just talk to her face to face and hope it can be resolved. What should I do?

just explain that you were frustrated she will probably understand but if she doesn't that's her problem you know you made a mistake and you are willing to admit it and face the consequence know it or not you have matured a little more.it doesn't happen overnight a little at a time.good luck in your journey of life

I think you've got a good idea. Just be honest with her about why you got mad and apologize for your part in it. If you're good friends, she'll understand. Good luck.

Take her to lunch and tell her you are an idiot. Then say just about what you said above. "I was mad, I am an idiot, I value our freindship, I am sorry"
