im 13 whigh no matter what i do i still whigh 180

how much are you walking? how fast? are you doing any inclines?

try a healthy, balanced diet. cut out the sweets. add some strength training (adding muscle will burn fat).

Try some aerobic type of exercise. You need to do something that will burn calories quickly. Try a litle jogging. That is good for the heart.

I am not advising this, but when I was a little younger and would try out for the football team, for a certain weight class---I would usually have a garbage bag or any type of plastic under my clothes when I would go running. It usually helps to burn the fat. I think this has been ruled unhealthy by a lot of physicians so you have to consult a physician first. I wouldn't want to see anything happen to you.

maybe the way u walk is wrong. The right way is to walk for example:at the beginning try to walk slowly but try to speed up every day ....walk for 1/2 an hour and dun stop take a rest for 5 min if ur tired and then complete ur walk.. and u SHOULD WALK EVERY DAY DON'T STOP EVEN FOR 1 DAY ...(the first day walk for 1 hours and the next day walk for 1 1/2 hours the day after for 2 hours .... and so on)
and watch ur self and what ur eating ... cut off sweets, sodas. and try to eat lots of fruits, vegetables and drink lots of WATER ..

to lose wieght, is like a circle, you have to eat right, walk, and just get active period, if you just walk, then nothiing will help.
and dont drink anything or eat anything after 5:00, because if you do, all the food will come up on the scale the next day. if you drink anything after that time, then when you are sleeping you dont pee because most adults dont wet the bed, but anyway, since you hold the water in all that time over night, the water stays in, and stores in your fat, making it heavier, and thats why as soon as you wak up in the morning you have to urinate before you get on the scale

if you're not getting the results you want, maybe you need to up your exersize and add dieting too. instead of walking, try jogging, doing an exersize machine, or playing a sport. getting your heart rate up into your target zone increases your weight loss and cardio. also, dieitng will help cut calories so your body can burn more calories and you'll lose more weight.

Tell your parents that they're getting fat and they need to buy an excercise system. That's what I did, and I use it. I've only been using it for 2 days and turned my diet around, and I feel excellent. I don't know how much I weigh right now, because I vowed that I would weigh myself every Sunday.
