please dont say recycling center. I heard of something called reconstituted wood. Anyone have ideas?

i think most dumps are also recycling centers - you should probably ask them if they reconstitute wood. if they dont ask them if they know anyone who does.

If it's clean wood, Habitat for Humanity could use it.

Landfill companies.

I know you said not to say recycling center, but really, they would know the best way to re-use it, and who could benefit from it.

There is a Yahoo group called Freecycle.
I have had a lot of old wood (from remodeling) re-used.

I agree....Freecycle it! There are tons of people that would be thrilled to give your old wood a new home.
