Mexico have the best beaches for waves in the world (Only Australia can compite), but you have to search in the side of mexican pacific ocean.
Like Acapulco, Oaxaca, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan. Los Cabos.

You do know that hurricane season isn't over 'til November, right? St. Thomas, Virgin Islands will be good. I recommend Rincon, Puerto Rico for an"Endless Summer", tho.

there ae beaches in Puerto Rico where people surf. not sure there are great waves in the bahamas.

costa rica and belize are supposed to have good sized waves. The islands with the best waves would be the virgin islands
