Power corrupts. Absolute power corruptes absolutly. why are you taken back. man is evil we are all unclean things. as long as a unrighteous man is in charge sin and tyranny will reign. you want a better government then you must put a righteous man at its helm. simple as that. complex as that.

well, since other nations typically dont stick their nose in our prison systems, we tend not to stick ours in other countries. Im sorry if not having cable tv, hours of yard time, a luxuriously large cell, and a job and good food to eat is considered abuse. Prison being a punishment and not just a home away from home isnt abuse, its what should happen. Im sorry other nations havent forgot that the idea that prison is punishment.

Your not clear on your question. Better police or did you mean better guards in the prisons?

Every country has their own rules. Until we take over that country, we can't change them. Not htat our prison system is that great...
