Does anyone know the name of this song from an episode of South Park?

The episode im talking about is the one called "Asspen" the beat of the song was played when all the kids went to the youth center for the first time for a party then Butters starts dancing to it.

it was on last night, the song is called the safety dance and its by men without hats, its an old 80's song....
