I wouldn't forgive anyone for doing that...I don't know how anyone could actually say they would.

I would probably forgive in time becuase you can't punish a hole country for the acts of sevral people. Even though the US under Bill Clinton bombed my country in 1999 for almost 3 months stait, killed many of my country men including some family and cripled the economy how can I swear revange against you or your brother and your state? We all make mistakes and we should all just get along, forgive and move on together into the future and build great things together. Have a good day !

B - but I wouldn't revenge against the innocent people in the other country. I will go directly for the military and/or government - the people who really did the killing job.

international efforts to combat terrorism have focused on the need to enhance cooperation between states, human rights (as well as human security) proponents argue that more effort needs to be given to the effective inclusion of human rights protection as a crucial element in that cooperation. International human rights obligations do not stop at borders and a failure to respect human rights in one state may undermine its effectiveness in the international effort to cooperate to combat terrorism.

B)
I'd shoot them in the face, all of them.
I'm into overkill!
Then I'd turn the country into a parking lot faster than they could blink an eye.
No one hurts my family and gets away with it.

Forget the gun.

Carpet bomb the country that the attack came from. Because anyone there was either part of the attack, or did nothing to stop the attack which makes them equally guilty.
