Use the "forward mail" icon in your e-mail program. You can then add the names of the same people who you originally sent it, but I would add something like "Second Request" to the original subject header.

Some email programs, like GroupWise, have the ability to resend sent items. Just right-click and choose "Resend." If your email program doesn't have that option, just forward the email.

If you are using Outlook, open the sent message and under Actions you will have the option to send again.

On most emails you go to your sent mail, click on specific email, click forward, retype anything if you have to, and click send.
