There are Arabs in the Khuzestan province but to answer if it is an Arab country: no. The majority of the people are Persian. The largest minority that comprise 1/4 of the population are Azeri and they're Turkic peoples. Persians, Kurds, Lurs, Balochis are Iranian people and speak Iranian languages that fall into the Indo-European language group. Arabs are Semitic and are related to Israelites, Assyrians, Babylonians, etc. Semites and Persians have been at odds for thousands of years.

LOL. Are you for real,...do a bit of research on the web. I believe they are Arabic as is all the rest of the middle east, including Syria, Lebanon etc, etc.. However they were a part of Persia (also Arabic), as was Iraq until they had a civil war and split into two countries. One was governed by Madman the other by Clerics, both dictators. By the way Palasine, Jordan, Egypt and Kuwait and a few others are also Arabic. Hope you have learnt a bit of History and Geography from the answers.

Iran is Arabic but not Arabian. Arabic is used in the west to denote a specific culture that is common to several closely related ethnic groups such as Arabs, Persians, Berbers, etc. Arabian is specific to ethnic Arabs and the nation of Saudi Arabia.
Iran is Islamic and shares Arabic culture but is ethnically Persion. It is predominately Shite Islamic in religion. Kurds do compose a significant minority. There are a couple other ethnic groups represented in Iran as well but Shite Persions have full control of the gov.
