before you tell anybody anything, such as a problem or anything for that matter, think about what reason do you have for telling. If you have a reason then go ahead, but if there's no reason for that person to hear about it, then don't say anything. Some people are just not trustworthy and they would tell others about your business

Embarrassment possible , or maybe its to painful to talk about just yet . Give the person some time and space . Hopefully they will open up to you.
