I care about the earth every day. It makes me really angry that people are intentionally throwing garbage when they are 2 feet away from a garbage can. I also teach my children about how important the earth is and why we need to take care of it.

i get that some people have given up on the situation here on earth, (pollution monsters = people) but i havnt!!! If ppl can't pay attention every day, earth day gives one day (well, 2 days up north) when one can care and know that tons of ppl are doing so, too. So...lol...i care about earth day.

Me! At work I don't throw away paper that is scrap paper or was printed by mistake. I keep it all to use as "note paper" to use while I'm on the phone at work. Also, for the past 2 Earth Days my partner & I have cut the paper in half to make little scratch-paper notepads & on the first page we draw the earth & write Happy Earth Day. Then I go around the office with a basket full of notepads. I pass them out & wish everyone a happy earth day! I also recycle as often as I can.
