I am a vegetarian and have tried almost all veggie burgers... If you wana cook them at home I suggest buying Boca brand, and then frying them w/ veg. oil in a frying pan. Yes, the oil adds a little fat, but it helps keeps the burger moist, which is so important when preparing veggie burgers..... Also, outside grilling is fun too!

I always ask first if it's the kind that's made to taste/look like meat or the kinds that actually tastes like the veggies/grains that it's made of. I like those better. If I wanted a meat taste, I'd order meat!
