It seems that you cannot use more than one iPod on iTunes on a Window base conputer unless you have a Mac.

If you set up 2 user names on the computer you can set up i-tunes under each user name. My wife and I do this now. E-mail me at flavoristpaul@yahoo.com to discuss further.

This is a pretty straightforward thing to do. You simply set up 2 accounts on the computer with 2 different names. You do that in the control panel, user account, add account, menu. This way you have, for example, an account called Fred and an account called Billy. Fred can set up his Ipod on his account, while Billy sets his account up in the same way.

Incidentally, by doing this, Fred and Billy can set up their own email accounts, instant messenger accounts, pics, music, videos, etc. You can then keep all your stuff separate from each other. This way you can save your login details (username and password), login automatically and not have to change login details each time.

Hope this helps.

Yes just make sure that it isnt on auto update, auto update makes the library in your itunes have the same music on your ipod, if this is off you can drag the songs you want on your ipod. To turn this off go to itunes preferences ipod auto update off.

if you go to iPod setting in your itunes you sould be able to set it so that the music put on your iPod are the ones 'checked'(ones with a tick next to them in library). this way you can put different tunes on both iPods.
