Try doing the Windows printer test page. If the XP logo is blue, yellow, red, and red with no green...Anyways, if otherwise, you're probably trying to print a chameleon, yeah. Or maybe you're printer doesn't like that picture.

Your heads are dirty, plugged...try opening the printer tool box and clean heads...do NOT use generic ink in ink jets...plugs up the heads...IF you can get the heads clean, always turn your printer off when not in use..the heat from being on dries out the heads and plugs them. Good luck

i would run the headcleaning of the printer this can normally be done via the all programs/
since one of the jets could be blocked, if the head cleaning does do it. get some white spirit and cotton buds and wipe it clean

Alright, you need to disconnect your printer from everything. Hit the side twice, kick it once, bang it against the wall three times, and kick it one more time. Reconnect and it's fixed.
