I am very ticklish but I have never been ticled to tears. I have always associated with people who love to tickle and be tickled while respecting the limits of the other person and striving to keep it fun for both parties - not just the tickler.
I have even share tickling with ladies who "hated" to be tickled because they were abused with tickle torture as a child. Guess what - they learned that playful tickling encounters can be incredibly fun if the tickler respects them and their limits and the tickler strives to keep it fun for them. It is even better if the tickler is also ticklish so thaty they can retaliate!

My feet. It's horrible and yes I've been tickled to tears. I think being tickled should be a form of torture. I can even tickle my own feet.

I am very ticklish....all over it seems...and when I was a little girl...my uncle used to hold me down and tickle me until I peed my pants.......isn't that terrible?.......

Oh my god yes!!!!!!!!! I am so tickilish I hate it! On my feet my stomach, knees, everywhere!!!! i have definatly been tickled to tears and I absolutly HATE IT!!!! When someone says stop please stop
