exercise 3 hours a day and stop eating. you may die before the 2 weeks is over. Is it going to be worth it??
If you exercise an hour or more a day and cut back calories to around 1000- you will probably loose 10. If you eat no carbs, maybe more. This is not the best idea either.
If you want to be healthy in 2 weeks from now, aim to loose 5 or 7 pounds at the most. Exercise at least 30 minutes (cardio) 5 or six times a week- and eat closer to 1400 calories.
If you loose 10 or 20 pounds in 2 weeks, and you are still alive, I can almost assure you that 2 weeks after that or a month after that you will have gained 20 or 40 pounds back. Will it be worth it?
Please, treat your body right and set more realistic goals. You will be much happier in the short and long run....Take it from somebody who has been there....again, and again, and again.

Unless you are 400 pounds it is not healthy to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. 2-3 pounds a week is healthy, If you lose it fast you will gain it all back plus more. You could always do Atkins to lose weight fast but careful once you add the carbs back in.

Without damaging your health, no way that I know of. Why not try for 4 pounds for 5 weeks. That's difficult but won't hurt you long term. All you will do by doing a crash diet is lose water weight and cause dehydration.

30 minutes a day in the sauna. No meat, no refined sugars. That means no bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, or dairy products. Eat broiled or grilled fish, fresh (or frozen) veggies and fruit. Drink at least 128 oz of water a day. Limit your salt intake. Use fresh or dried herbs for seasoning, such as garlic, cumin, pepper, thyme. rosemary, hungarian paprika, lemongrass, turmeric, oregano, basil, parsley, chervil, fennel, etc.

Do a complete body detox, you can get it at GNC or find a Pharmanex distributor and do a 11 day detox. You will lose 20-30 lbs.

Nothing. That is impossible unless you are getting lipo, which I don't recommend. A good healthy amount to loose per week is 2-3 lbs only.

do the detox digestive system, Look it up on the Internet. Its basically lemon juice, maple syrup, Cayenne pepper you drink that for 10 days you could lost 10 pounds serious. But i don't know for two weeks. But it works and it's hard////

No sugar and no Salt.
In three days you will see a huge difference especially when you cut out salt your body is bloated right now because of the salt that's in it. substitute sugar with Splenda. Drink lots of water just carry a large bottle with you.
