This is easy. There's is a type of food out there that most people have not tried. However just about everyone who I have met that has tried this cuisine loves it. When you watch the food network these days, well the Emeril live show, people are always cheering when they add a lil spice or a lil garlic. The cuisine I'm talking about is pretty much all garlic and a good amount of spice. KOREAN FOOD! It's some of the most flavorful food out there. Try the Korean beef BBQ. It's not spicy but I'm sure you'd love it. If you like spicy try any of the soups or a spicy stir fry dish. It's pretty different from both Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Let me know how you like it.

My favorite cuisine would have to be Italian... It has pasta, tuscan spices, feta, tomatoes, mozzarella. Just foods that indulge the senses.
