did any psychological evaluation of their iq and eq done by qualified psychologists?

It's a known fact that Bush has a higher I Q than other president's except the left only hears his Drawl, and he's a little less than with public speaking. So the Left thinks he is slow in actuality he has a hi IQ I believe it is around 160.

The subjects would first have to take a test and then we would have to have reliable information. Saddam would lie about it and Bush would not be able to hide it because if it was low, it would be in all the news papers.
36 or so years ago Saddam took over his country and killed 8 cabinet members on live TV with a shotgun to the head (some of them completely innocent of opposition and had families) to prove that he won't take any B.S. or opposition. Bush was elected.

i think their iq would be more than 160 and sorry to state that their eq is below zero. only a mole in fbi or cia can give us actual stats
