Need More Sources - Not enough people have the song you're trying to download
Waiting On Busy Hosts - Too many people are downloading from them at one time, overloading them and making transfer slower. Basically you're just waiting in line.

Why do I keep getting "Need More Sources"?
Each Gnutella user has a limited number of slots reserved for uploads. When these slots are filled, you'll see a message that LimeWire is waiting for a certain number of "busy" clients. LimeWire will automatically retry downloads from these clients after a variable period of time in hopes that upload slots will become free. However, if the person who has the file you're trying to download has too many people requesting files, he won't be able to serve any more file requests, and your connection will be refused.
If the person who has the file you're trying to download has recently turned off his computer or has disconnected from the Gnutella network, you will be unable to download the file.
If the person who has the file you're trying to download is running inferior or buggy Gnutella software, the download could fail for any number of reasons.
If the person who has the file you're trying to download has since deleted the file or moved it, you may encounter problems downloading the file.
To minimize the chances of failed downloads, make your search more specific. You will have more pertinent search results from which to choose a download.
The "Waiting for busy hosts" message occurs when the server refuses your download because it is too overloaded. In other words, demand outstrips supply. LimeWire will continue to retry the download as long as it gets the busy signal. If you're willing to wait long enough, you'll probably get the file.

i have this problem a lot.
all you have to do is pause it resume it, pause it resume it. if that doesn't work, right click what you're trying to download, move the mouse over search, select the more detailed search, then repeat that and press resume. there's no need to select the results from the searh list, they're just there to help you connect and sometimes many of the results won't be exactly what you're looking for. if that doesn't work, keep trying it. almost everything will download eventually. it can be time consuming and you may have to sit there and play with it, but if you really want the file, then you might as well.

if a whole bunch of people are downloading the same file at the same time, the host server becomes slow. when people finish, it becomes faster. also, if you're downloading a bunch of files from a specific source, it slows down too. i've been having problems w/the 'need more sources' thing too, but i just click 'find more sources' and it works. hope it helps.

Not enough people have the song down loaded,so as people finish their download it allows the next person to start their download.
