Of course you should be concerned need to see if she is still alive. Call the police and tell them that you have not heard or seen your grandma in two weeks and see if they can check out her place they will.

yes. if she has health problems or is very elderly you should be concerned. she may have fallen and can't ask for help. i hate to say it but it is possible that she has passed away. talk to the police. they may be able to help you either get into the house to check on her or may give you some advice. i hope she is ok. best of luck
