Went there on spring break once and didn't even know about the gay lifestyle there. Had a great time doing many things from the beach, snorkeling, para-sailing, shopping, drinking etc...wasn't til a few years later that I figured out why the hotel clerk asked if we wanted one bed or two and why we got such great service at the restaurant we went too ;-)

You can be straight and go to Key West but you would be out numbered. You could have fun but it would be very helpful to you if you are gay friendly. Hense the being way out numbered.

I was there for a weekend about 10 years back and had a great time. Lots of hot girls in croweded bars with cold beer. Everyone straight and gay seemed to be having fun.

I cannot imagine any other way to have fun there, since I am gay. But from what I hear, EVERYONE has a good time there. What kind of fun did you mean, exactly?

Its kind of like how I feel in Providence. Except the other way around. I think it's cool there are 'gay' cities, they must be more aesthetically pleasing
