It may benefit you to do plenty of stretching of those back muscles. Allowing for a bit more space before the swelling during menses. Doing this regularly between the cycles..If the muscles are already tight, the swelling is much more intense and will give you discomfort. Much more than would be the case if they were not that tight.

hey u could take a midol or just put a heat pad on ur back and sit staight bc u might be sitting wrong and if u stand up alot of the day it will make ur back hurt but do keep an arch in ur back ok and good luck hun
