Is it true about the 2nd season of gakuen alice?

i've read here that there is going to have a second season of the anime, is it true? because I love the anime and I think that they should continue it.

yeah! cool huh? well, there already are the english version of the manga but i dont know when the tv series are gonna come out in english. it has 26 episodes too! =p
