this is a little gross, since May i've had white pus on my tonsils, the thing that hangs down in the back of my throat looks like it's connected or stuck one of the tonsils.. is it an absess? Im going to the doctors soon just wondered if anyone knew

You have a good case of tonsilitis.. they are very enlarged and there is little space for the uvula to go so it will stick to one side or the other..The white spots are the accumulation of an apportunitstic bug called staphlococcus albicans. (leaves a white residue). Antibiotic treatment and tonsiliectomy are in order. Have to get rid of the infection first.

Are there holes in your tonsils that collect white pockets/puss? Not really sure what they are called but I had the same thing pretty gross but take some vitamins especially vitamin c. I had mine when I was way little they never removed my tonsils because my immune system was so weak. But I think it could be Strep.

Sounds like a bad case of tonsilitis. It's good that you're going to the dr soon, as this is definitely way too long for it not to resolve. A course of antibiotics is in order, and if it's recurring quite often, maybe a tonsilectomy might be advised by your dr.
It's not an abscess, just infection.

Could either be strep throat or thrush. If it's strep, you need to see a doctor to get a prescription for an antibiotic to kill the virus. If it's thrush, you need to gargle with warm salt water. You could gargle for strep as well to ease the pain if there is any. Try hot lemon tea with honey as well.

Sounds mostly like Strep. Strep will do that and if you get that alot you must get your tonsils removed. I had that alot but dont worry getting them removed does not hurt. But it is definately strep throat.

It might be tonsil stones, those little white ball things that stink when you cough them up. I bet your doctor will recommend a tonsilectomy. Painful.

Why did you wait so long to go in? i would have went in after a week.. Sounds like an absess to me.. get it checked out right away.

since May!?! yuck!! Why in the world would you wait so long to aee a doctor? If it is strep you've risked a much more serious infection by waiting.

sounds like you've got a quincy(abscess thing) and tonsillitis..i had loads of them until i had them out...you will need antibiotics...hope you feel better soon
