When you say kicker, does it refer to freekicks? If that is so then Juninho Pernambucano of Lyon is the best from dead balls.
If you say all round ball skills, then Ronaldinho.
If you want a a player who is best in the final third, then Henry.
If you want a striker, then Shevchenko.
If you want crosser, although Becks is good, Zidane and Figo are better, but Zidane has retired and Figo is on his last legs.

Sinisa Mihajlovic (Inter), Serbia
On April 9, 2006, in a league away game versus Ascoli Calcio Mihajlovic scored his 27th career free-kick goal in Serie A, an absolute record.

The aspect you get from watching Zizou play is that of a very precised player being great at passing the ball at short, midway or long distance, be it in the air or very low to the ground.
Edit: Because the word kicker wasn't clear enough, I took the liberty to define it as "football player".

just kidding. I think you got to go with Zidane because he got the French into the finals. Ronaldinho is amazing to watch, but until he wins the cup, the jury is out.

Ronaldinho.
You remember his goal from outside the area against Chelsea in the Champion's League 2 seasons ago?
He didn't even need a runup. He just stood his ground and whacked the ball in like a sledgehammer.

A believe the Giraffe is the worlds best kicker.
The giraffe defends itself against threats by kicking with great force. A single well-placed kick of an adult giraffe can shatter a lion's skull or break its spine.
