I've had offers from 850 to 900. I believe this is too high. I am actually looking for an apartment community to avoid going to a laundromat, onstreet parking, etc

If you're looking for a community type apartment complex, you'll have to pay around $900 or more per month AT LEAST, especially if you want parking included.

350-500 for an apartment in Worchester or any where in MA... yeah right!!!, not unless your family owns it. I think 800 might be the best you can do. Negotiate as best as you can and do your homework.

yea thats bull u have 2 negotate the price should be 350 -500 it depends where and how nce the area is

in nashua nh and for a 1 bedroom is 900 and its farther to boston

dunno about there but here intexas a 1 bedroom can run u around 300-500
