I son't know of any sites that will tell you the "worst" apartments in your area, but you can find a lot out about the apartments you are considering by using these sites.

"Uzi Alley" in the 5th Ave. and Broad Street area. Used to be called "Greenbriar" apartments. They changed their name some time back. Stay away. Drugs, crime, and major violence.
