the Parents or the government for the sad death of a young father who was shot dead in East london yesterday??
For people who don't know a 22 year old father of a 3 year old was shot by local youths who also stabbed him in January but the police didn't even investigate the crime although they were given the names of the youths responsible.

What? Are the Police too busy worrying about international Terrorists to bother with local crimes and local felons? I don't know the whole story, but it is sad on many levels!

I would blame the youths responsible.
How could I blame the parents?
How could I blame the government?
Is it the fault of the police that hooligans kill somebody?
