No difference in reality. However, we are lead to believe that because "they" changed the definition we are more free than those of yester year. We are still controlled the exact way that a nation, kingdom, or country has always controlled us. The Emperor, king, god, mullah... name has been changed to president, prime minister, or spiritual leader. There is no difference besides the way each entity rules its' people....

Kingdom is effectively a collection of land where a monarchy exists. Nation is often a collective of countries under one banner, and a country is an area of land with its own customs and to a certain degree its own independance.

well the United Kingdom for instance where i live is England, Scotland, Wales and northen ireland all joind together to make a "kingdom", thats what i'm persuming kingdom is anyway, a Country is just like Germany or France, and a nation...i'm not too sure about.
