Yes! I knew you'd figure it out. Bush and his cabal of cronies, a/k/a The Legion of Doom are controlling everything that happens on our planet, nay the universe.
They control time, space, gravity and the turning of the earth on its axis. They are omnipotent.
All in all that's not bad for a guy who's assigned IQ is 91.

Don't worry, I am sure he will be bringing a tropical storm or hurricane into the Gulf soon, you should get some rain from that tropical event. LOL @ people thinking Bush has all that power. :)

Absolutely not. Your problem is that you are not maintaining your grass or yard. You are supposed to have your lawn watered either each day or every other day. And it is especially important to water your lawn, if you live in a HOA. Otherwise, you will be fined each month that you do not water and/or maintain your front yard.

I would love to blame Bush for everything bad in this world but......He's probably not to blame for your grass. Even though his view/policies on global warming are totally retarded, his excruciatingly long 6 years in office probably didn't cause your problem.
