I need a wiring diagram. I have a dead short somewhere in the car.

This will cost you a trip to the library.
In the REFERENCE section, there are all the repair manuals put together.
Also at most libraries, they have a computer based database that has nearly ALL the information available to the professional for your car, including wiring diagrams and vacuum hose routing.
They are called either ALLDATA or Mitchell On-Demand. Ask if they subscribe to either one. You can even print out the pages necessary.
If that doesn't help, you can buy the manual at the parts house for < $20.00.
One other option, if you regularly do repairs to your car, you can subscribe to either one of the above resources right at home for a single car, or several for an annual fee.
This will also give you access to the current TSB's (technical service bulletins) and recall data for the cars you subscribe for.

Good Luck
