A month ago i cheated with a friend, my boyfriend knows.I told him asap. He now forgives me.?

I feel terrbile and i worry that we can never be the same. or that he will never be the same with me. He doesnt act any different yet, i guess, im driving myself crazy/ He assures me that he wouldnt say he forgives me unless he meant it. He truly loves me and want to marry me. I feel the same way. But still my guilt is killing me. I am constantly sad. Even with fogiveness. I worry about if this will change our future form what it would of been? Will he forever think of it. Will the things we enjoy doing together ever be the same for him
I want them to be, and I wish i could foget it ever happened, and him as well. But in reality i know that wouldnt happen. These are things he already knows. He wants to help me, but i do not want to feel as it is only me that hurts. I know how he feels and cant believe i would put hin through that pain. I am trying to forgive myself, but its easier said than done.

This happened to me too, and you can move on, and forget about it. That's what you have to do. Ifhe says he forgives you he does, trust me. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck.

Hi - I am really sorry to hear about that. It seems like you really care for and love him.

I can only speak from my own experience but I was in a relationship where my partner cheated on me. At the time, I still loved him and we stayed together for another year before we broke up. Even though I forgave him, I never got over the hurt and betrayal. He also had a hard time forgiving himself. It is sad, but what was once a beautiful relationship has died because he cheated.

It has been two years since we broke up. I am still not over the hurt. I don't know how helpful this is, but I do hope that whatever decision you two make that you will still be able to remain friends.

there is one being who you should be giving this to. your heart is being convicted of this because it was sin...... god in heaven, his son jesus christ is whom you need to confess this to........ ask jesus for forgiveness and atch what happens ... because every time you ask him for forgiveness he forgives .... everysingle time .. it doesn't matter if this was the thousandth time you had sinned ... he would still forgive you ... your fiance has forgiven you .. just simply accept it ...... please .. i urge you with all haste to bring this to jesus and give it to him ... he loves you so much ..... that he is trying to reach out to you through your guillt .. this is his way for you to get your attention...... please liste nto his call ... go to him in prayer and ask him for forgiveness and ask him to live inside of you and i promise you that you will see a change in yourself and in your future .....
