Most courts will seek a fair and equitable distribution of assets. They won't award an unfair percentage to one partner, even if one partner was 'at fault' (fault issues tends to influence not more than 10% of an asset split). So she won't 'get everything' no matter what happened, who did what, who claims what, etc. Earnings potential of each partner will be assessed to determine if support is necessary, and the appropriate length of time will be determined, usually based on the length of the marriage or relationship (figure about 1/2 the number of years you've been together) and the value of assets will be determined and divided. If you can go through a mediated divorce, it will be easier, cheaper and friendlier. Don't try to hide assets or transfer them out of your name. You'll only piss off the judge. Remember, a judgement can be reopened even years later if it's discovered a party misled the court about earnings, assets or job potential. Keep a cool head, be fair, and be honest.

Maybe sit and talk to her before it gets to the point the two of you can't talk and while you talk the two of you can make a list of everything and pick who gets what, or if that isn't possible then you can get a lawyer make a list of everything the two of you had and make a note of the things you want and the things you are willing to bargain with.
good luck

Only if you two signed up a prenuptial agreement. Doesn't she deserve half of it? Didn't she help you acumulating assets?
Didn' she support you in every step of the way?

Remember, is cheaper to keep her :=)

You can kill yourself by burning your house down with you, her, and everything in it. Make sure everyone's sleeping.

Don't actually do this.
