basically, what are you looking for, that other clubs don't have. And also specify what area your from.

Hmmmm..... well I guess if you had a special VIP area for me, that'd be all I need. But seriously, you could have different clubs within the building. Personally, I prefer rap, hip hop, R&B reggae, so I would suggest 3 different clubs, one reggae, one r&b cafe style and the other could be str8 rap etc. Very detailed in my mind. From Cocoa area.

I went to a night club in my hometown that was really neat. One room was a bar/restaurant so people could, eat, drink, and talk. You went down a hallway to another room where there was a dance floor, a dj, and a bar. This is for the people who wanted to dance and drink. Than a third place where live bands played and a bar where people could listen to new music and drink.
I'm in Northeast Ohio
I think that if you had a part where people could have a section where they can talk without having to strain and place with music. Also an outside place for the summertime would be neat.

Orlando has too many nightclubs...why don't you do something the other clubs don't offer. Pool tables, darts, etc

Put in a bowling lane. Have a "topless" night for the guys and a "bottomless" night for the girls.
I'm from PA, but if you use my idea and it's a hit, I will let you pay my way down there to see it.
