You don't depict your Operating System.

For Windows XP,there are different softwares available for that.I think for all you need is a Floppy drive for resetting the password.

I know a lot of softwares,but i cannot recommend any one since i don't use it ever.There may be chances of OS corruption if u use bad softwares.
Please don't use these softwares for Spying purposes.

download erd commander and copy it on a CD. let your computer boot on that CD then it will allow you to have a new password to your computer so you can login again.
