If you use Yahoo mail you can click on the SPAM button. This reports them. Many of the free email services have a process for reporting email fraud. Look in your email options section of your account.
I use a lot of my options. I set filters, I block addresses and I send a lot of junk directly to my trash can. This way I only open about 15 emails a day instead of 750.
Try these and let me know if they work.
You may have to read a bit, but it will be worth it!!!!

Block them... there is nothing else you can do. In cases of Phishing (like ebay or paypal or your bank) you can report it... but this is just fraud from another country and I think you can't do anything about it. You can block phrases and words with most email providors too. If it really illegal stuff then it can be reported to the FBI or the Department of Justice.

Does the email claim to be sent from a legit site. I know when I get bogus ebay & paypal emails I can forward the scam emails to spoof@ebay.com or whatever. Otherwise, I'd just mark it as spam without opening it.

there are a few things you can do, one is to block them, report them to spam, filter it, or report them to the address below. the group below is an anti-phishing group, and i think they are for more serious crimes like forging companies like banks and ask for users passwords and bank account numbers.
