You can't "spot" lose fat but if you are already thin then all you need to do is tone and the appearance of fat will be reduced. But also remember your body may be shaped different than others and some healthy people who are in shape don't look like bikini models no matter how hard they try.

no theres no way to over work the stomach muscles i know ive read several bady building books every other muscle group needs a day off in between days but the stomach can be worked every day US ARMY 1977 to 1983
