Both are pretty annoying in the dark at 4 am, but my vote is for the seat down with pee on it. My 8 yr old does it ALL THE TIME.

Definitely peeing on it...thats just gross...Leave the sit up for god's sake, I think I am more then competent to put it down...just for the love of God don't pee where I have to sit, thats just dirty and gross!
