I am a registered democrat, but i am willing to vote for the candidate rather than the party they are representing. I see no front runner in all parties. Should i go independent?

If you don t know who to vote for or it is something you feel u have no intrest at the moment in maybe u should hold off ur voting for now untill you know the canidates their issues and where they stand a misinformed voter is just as bad as a person who says hey i won't vote today because my vote don't count

Just because you register democrat doesn't mean you always have to vote for the democrat. But if you want to go independent than go independent. But vote. All the people who say my vote doesn't count voted in either the 2000 or 2004 election Bush wouldn't be president.

it is great that you are a bipartisan voter. i'm the same way. it is more important to vote for who you think will do the job not the letter behind the name. and even if you don't see a front runner on either side that doesn't mean you are or should go independant. you just have to choose the lesser of two evils really. it's great to hear you are a voter and try to be as informed as possible! i hope you keep that interest alive!

If you do not vote, you have no right to complain about the government. ALWAYS VOTE. Even if you lose, always do it. It gives you an excuse. ;-)

And vote for the person you think will do the best job, not according to party lines. You stick like that and you end up voting for some moron who can't put a complete sentence together, just because they're in "the party."

One of the reasons I try to always vote is if something happens in the country that I don't like, I really can't gripe about it cause I didn't do my civic duty by voting. Voting is Important(No matter who you vote for).

I suggest voting no matter what, unless you have absolutely no idea who the candidates are or any idea what they support. In the case that your are describing it seems that independent is a good choice.

You should always vote. Do not just vote for a front runner, but for who you think will best execute the office he/she will hold.

Vote for whoever you think will do the best job!!

If you can't decide, you are not obligated to vote for anyone!

Ahhhh, the beauty of living in America!

Don't vote stupid. I'm not calling you stupid. Just know what you are voting for and/or about. It's important that you vote, but don't vote blind. I'm not calling you blind. Do I need to explain?

If you don't vote, you have no right to complain about those elected.

VOTE!
