Noah's ark 2 Its the Planet which will recieve those that are able to leave earth near the end time. So who do I call to register my find.

If you aren't an astronomer with access to very powerful telescopes, there is no way you could have found a new *planet*, especially given the new definition of a planet. Amateur astronomers do find new asteroids and comets, however. If you really did find something you need to contact the Minor Planet Center, http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/iau/mpc.html , they are the ones that handle all the ephemerii of asteroids and comets. You are allowed to choose the name any asteroid or comet you find, once they verify that it hadn't been discovered before.

For the sake of an accurate answer, it would be easiest to contact any university with a physics department and report your find along with the RA and Dec of its position.

I do have self assurance that different existence varieties exist. i do not imagine they are all eco-friendly with 3 eyes and no ears. I in basic terms imagine it must be an "undesirable waste of area" if we were the in simple terms planet that had residing human beings.

Make sure when you report it that you give the accurate and precise Right Ascension and Declination coordinates. You did take note of these, right?
