Do you have pollinators in your yard? (like beneficial wasps, bees, etc.)
If not, you may have to hand pollinate. You can do this with a small paint brush, or even your finger. Transfer the pollen. Just twiddle inside each flower with the same object, and you'll transfer the pollen, and hopefully, you'll be a proud parent.

I understand that sometimes happens when the insects that are the pollinators have been removed. Allot of gardens are pollinated by ground wasps, mowing the grass, and keeping it short through the growing season keeps the wasps from doing their job of pollination. Humans have to take a hand because of it. By gently rubbing the stamen of the flowers against the another I do not know if the eggplant has both male and female flowers, if not you will have to pollinate from another plant to it. by rubbing something against the flower and collecting pollen and transferring it to the other flower on the another plant.

Once pollinated, the flowers will change into fruit.
Just be patient.

Either b/c of lack of pollination or b/c of the heat. Some plants, like tomatoes, will not set if it is too hot outside.

It needs to be fertilized by another egg plant before it can produce or "bear fruit".

They need water, high-phosphorus fertilizer, sun, and warmth. They will not produce fruit if the soil is not warm.
