The best way i can think of is to sit down and talk about whats going wrong with the relationship. At that point the both of you can figure out if its worth fixing or not and exactly how much work it takes and how far the both of you are willing to go to fix it

It depends on if it is dying on both sides or just one. It depends on if both people want it to work. What works best for me is remembering what made the relationship work to begin with. You fell in love for a reason (if that is the type of relationship you mean). That reason must still be there.

Tough to answer without inside info.

Personally, I try to be extra attentive & sincere.
To my lover, co-worker, family. Whomever it is that I'm feeling disconnected from.

Sometimes it works, sometimes the relationship is too far gone.
