my friend is here and she has never been on this before and she is like really flat chested and she wants to kno how to get a bigger chest because people make fun of her.please help her!!!!!!!!!!!?

For starters, how old is she? If she is younger that 23, there is a very good possibility that she will develop breasts and it will not be an issue.
If she is older than 23, she should not worry about it anyway. There are lots of men out there, myself included, who fing ladies with small breasts and flat chests to be incredibly sexy and attractive. That said, a good man will not fall in love with her because of her breast size - he will fall in love with her because of her personality and how well she treats others.
Her flat chested features will not prevent her from finding the man of her dreams but it will weed out artificial men who base love on breast size.
Please try to discourage her from breast enlargements for the following reasons:
1. Risk. Even though this is a relatively low-risk operation, there is the chance of something going wrong which could result inmore painful surgeries and possible ling-term complications or even death.
2. Pain. This is a very painful surgery with a fairly long and painful recovery. Some ladies recover within 2 weeks but some report it taking up to 2 months for the pain to be gone completely.
3. Costs. It is a costly surgery.
4. Long term Risks. There are no guarantees that the implant will last forever. There have been several reported cases of an implant developing a leak and seeping out leading to a full breast and a flat breast. This can be very embarrassing and can lead to more surgeries to repair the implants. This increases the costs and adds more medical risk. What would happen if she was in poor health and she needed a replacement surgery - the doctors might not do it due to her health condition.
As I stated before, there are a lot of men out there who will lover her for who she is. Many of them will think of her flat chest or small breasts as an added bonus! Tell her not to sweat it.

She will soon have a growth spirt and shell grow,just wait and see.Wont be that big but you have to accept yourself.drink lots of milk.jk i dont if that makes a difference.

she should wear a padded bra and maybe stuff it. but don't stuff it right away because people will know for sure that it's not real
p.s. i also heard that if you let boys touch on you you'll develop faster

cut yourself, insert watermelon seeds, add water and watch em grow.
