Yes Sasuke returns from Orochimaru after the time skip I think...thats like after the Sound 5 are dead I think and after he kills Naruto but then someone revives him I'm pretty sure cuz Naruto's in the time skip so...yeah

Well currently up til the latest episode no...he's currently still with orochimaru and plans to be orochimaru's next container (body) ...in exchange he gets a sudden amount of power ...with this power he plans on the avenge of his family ...to kill his older brother Itachi Uchiha...who killed the whole clan in one night....Before he left he told sakura and naruto that if he can get his revenge and survive he will come back to konoha...however..saying that himself... he knoes that it's practically impossible for him to survive this.but inoder to have revenge...anything goes...however in order to get to the full power of the curse mark that orochimaru gave him..he needs to enter into stage two...and also this curse mark also "eats" his personality and also leads to a death if it's overused...in part 2 of naruto it says that he becomes a new person..i'm not sure about furthur info cuz i'm only on ep 170 right now...but i hope i answered your question...

If you mean back to Konoha, no, he has not returned. Perhaps in the future but not at the moment.
