I need an attorney who isn't scared to sue another attorney for malpractice. Is there one out there who REALLY cares about us, the little people?

Have already went before the FL Bar and WON! But either all of the lawyers here are related, play golf together, or know each other too well to want to take the case. (joke about relationships above).

You should be contacting the attorney referral service of your local state or county bar association.
Or the ethics hotline for your local state bar.

Look in your local phone book or contact your state's bar association. The case, should there be grounds for one, will need to be filed locally.
